Puppy Waiting List Form

Please note- interest has been VERY strong the past 6 months and our list has grown substantially- We are currently at over 50 families on our list. This means that puppy placement to recent list additions will likely be 1-2 years out at this time (based upon the responses we receive as we begin reaching out). If you are interested in being added to our waiting list for a future litter, please fill out the following form:

The following preferences are just to help us understand what you're looking for- this does not lock you into a choice; when its you're turn- you may choose to pick any of the available pups or choose to remain on the list (and move up in position for a more favorable future pick)
